MEAT BOXES

We are now taking orders for whole and half lambs, whole and half pigs and beef boxes.

Boxed whole Lamb is £110.00 / approx weight 18 - 22 kg. Contains 2 Victoria roasts, 7 cutlets, 5 T- bone chops, 1 "premium" carvery leg roasts, 4 "Premium" leg steaks and 2 x 500g lamb mince

Boxed half lamb is £60.00 / approx 9 - 11 kg Contains 2 mini roasts, 1 Victoria roast, 1 "Premium" shoulder carvery roast, 1 rack - 7 rib of lamb, 7 cutlets, 10 T- bone chops, 1 "premium" carvery leg roast, 2 x 1/2 leg roats on the bone, 4 "Premium" leg steaks, 1 x 400g diced lamb, 4 x 500g lamb mince and 1 neck fillet.

Boxed Beef £7.00 kg / 10 or 20 kg box

Boxed whole Pig is £170.00 / approx 50 - 60kg weight. Typically contains 2 x whole legs,2 x hand of pork ( shoulder): jointed, diced, minced or made into sausages, 2 x loin joint or single chops, and plenty of sausages.

Boxed half Pig is £90.00 / approx 25 - 30kg Typically contains 1 x leg : butchered or jointed or leg steaks, 1 x hand of pork (shoulder): jointed, diced, minced or made into sausages, 1 x Loin: joint or single chops and plenty of sausages.
